To arrive at Westwind Club 1,

You need to fly into Nassau International Airport (NAS) and then

either take a Taxicab or rent a car. The Club is about 5 miles from the airport.

Once you reach our resort, a car is not really necessary, since buses run every 20 minutes from the front of the resort

and taxicabs are readily available.

 

Remember that if you rent a car,

you must drive on the left side of the road.

If you have never driven on the left side, learn the laws and learn the insurance requirements before renting a car.

If You go into Downtown Nassau,  take the bus even though you've rented a car - finding a parking spot is impossible at times.

Allow yourself plenty of time to get acclimated,

especially at turn-abouts, entering parking lots and pedestrian right of way at cross walks. 

Getting into an accident in a foreign country is not recommended.
